1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Suman Sadashiv Kengar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sadashiv Piraji Kengar died intestate at Mumbai on 12.08.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 14.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 04.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
