1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Radhika Umashankar Singh being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Umashankar Lalji Singh died intestate at Mumbai on 01.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, two sons and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the sons and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.11.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
