Furthermore, in para no. 6 petitioner number may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order dated 09.12.2025, in para no. 1 spelling of an is corrected, in para no. 2 date of death is corrected and read as "10.01.2025" and in para no. 6 petitioner number is also corrected and read as "3".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 09.12.2025 will remain as it is.
