1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in operative part of the order dated 09.12.2025 petition is granted throughout the State of Maharashtra instead of throughout India. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Perused Order dated 09.12.2025. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, in order dated 09.12.2025 words "throughout State of Maharashtra" are substituted by words "throughout India".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 09.12.2025 will remain as it is.
