1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pervin Tirandaz Irani being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Khodayar Sheriar Irani died intestate at Mumbai on 14.03.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
