This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ujwala Padmakar Abhyankar being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Dr. Sharad Shridhar Mehendale died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Shalini Sharad Mehendale died intestate at Mumbai on 16.05.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by four daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
