2. Paragraph no. 01 of the said order is be deleted and replaced with as under;

1) Petitioners, namely 1.Colin Merlon Borthwick 2. Keith Allan Borthwick and 3.Sean Duane Borthwick have applied for the grant of Letters of Administration, under the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"), for the properties left by the deceased, namely Rosa Marina Clynton Borthwick, (For short "Said deceased").

3. Petitioners, namely 1.Colin Marlon Borthwick 2. Keith Allan Borthwick and 3.Sean Duane Borthwick have applied for the grant of Letters of Administration, under the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"), for the properties left by the deceased, namely Rosa Marina Clynton Borthwick, (For short "Said deceased").
