Heard Ms. Gajjar, learned Advocates for Petitioners. 2.

In view of the exigency mentioned by Petitioners i.e. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 who are working in United States of America and the fact that they having given their respective power of attorneys to Keith and Charlotte who is son of Petitioner No. 2 and wife of Petitioner No. 3 respectively, Department is directed to accept the same and proceed further for issuance of grant. In that view of the matter, the objection raised in the requisition dated 06.10.2025 stands dispensed with. 3.

In view of the exigency mentioned, the aforesaid order has been passed.
