1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hirachand Ganeshmal Jain being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ganeshmal Vanechand Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 27.08.1979. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.08.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had four sons and two daughters. One son of deceased namely Manoj died leaving his widow who died issue-less. Deceased was survived by three sons, two daughters and one daughter-in-law. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all others legal heirs have given their consents in favour of Petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.1.2026 is filed. Administration Bond dated 27.1.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
