This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Neera Puri being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Kaushalya Puri died intestate at Delhi on 24.12.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 05.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Legal heirs not properly mentioned in the petition hence, Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
