1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Neera Puri being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Kaushalya Puri died intestate at Delhi on 24.12.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 05.08.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Two sons of deceased namely Ramesh and Umang Kumar died as bachelors. Another son of deceased namely Pramod Kumar died leaving behind his widow and two sons. Deceased was survived by one daughterin-law and two grandsons. Out of them, daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and both the grandsons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
