Petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to give the list of the legatees/beneficiaries, who is/are entitled for the legacy under the Will. The petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the share of non-consenting legatees under the Will of the deceased, vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps.

The petitioner to file the Consent of the Legal heirs of the deceased or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.

Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. 5.
