TP/5015/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Kunal Jadhav, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abdulkader Shabbir Ujjainwala being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Abbasbhai A Ujjainwala died intestate at Mumbai on 15.11.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.01.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased but the same is not proper.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 12.03.2024. One son of deceased namely Shabbir died leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them grandson is petitioner herein and daughter-in-law has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 10.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
