TP/5019/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Yogesh C. Parikh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shehnaz Sheroo Vispy Bharucha being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Veera Pallonji Daruwalla intestate at Mumbai on 29.10.1981. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Pallonji Darabshaw Daruwalla intestate at Mumbai on 06.04.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.09.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of both the deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.11.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
