TP/5022/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Deepak Sonkamble i/b. Ajit Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kotwal Zakir Hushen Ismail being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohmammed Ismail died intestate at Surat on 05.01.1981. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had four sons and two daughters. One son of deceased namely Liyakatali died leaving behind his one son, one daughter, one granddaughter and two grandsons. Daughter of deceased namely Julekha Bibi died leaving behind one son, one grandson and three granddaughters. Deceased was survived by three sons, three grandsons, four granddaughters, one great granddaughter, two great grandsons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
