This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Narayan Shukdeo Bhargava being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sukhdeo Sharan Kedarnath died intestate at Mumbai on 21.01.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
