Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the suggested amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 04.02.2026. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

Petitioner to comply an requisition of issuance of notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 by providing the True Copy of the Schedule-I of the petition to the department or by uploading the True Copy of the Schedule of the petition in the CIS, as the case may be. 3.

Petitioner to state about the legal heirs of Chandrakant vide Sec 8 of the the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act") such as Class-I, if any, in view of Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (OS)Rules, 1980. 4.
