1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dunstan Ignatius De De Souza being son of deceased. Deceased namely Amancia Bertha De Souza died intestate at Australia on 29.03.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining two sons and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of Petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 30.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
