Heard Mr. Wani, leaned Advocate for Petitioner. He would submit that there are some typographical errors in the order dated 09.12.2025 which are mentioned in the praecipe. In view thereof, following corrections be carried out in the said order:- 2.1.

Wherever the words "Letters of Administration" appears in the order dated 09.12.2025 same shall be replaced with the words "Succession Certificate". So also the words "...under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925...." appearing in paragraph No. 3 be deleted.

Correction to the above effect be carried out in the order dated 09.12.2025 and corrected order be uploaded. Rest of the order remains undisturbed.
