1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Surendrakumar Ramjatan Pal being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sundaridevi Ramjatan Prasad died intestate at Mumbai on 27.02.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 02.12.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
