The petitioner to comply the rule 384 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per the direction given in the Testamentary Petition No. 50 of 2011, by making necessary averment to accept the affidavit and to prove the fact that the attesting witnesses are not available, for the reasons known to him. 5.
