1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jayashree Satish Poojary being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Satish Jabba Poojary died intestate at Thane on 26.08.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, one daughter and one minor son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor son. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
