Perused Petition.

Petitioner, namely SUNANDA RAGHUVIR JEDHE, has filed the petition for the grant of letters of administration in respect of her married daughter, namely Manali Salvi. Said Manali left her daughter, as her legal heir vide Sec.15(1)(a) of Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, petitioner is no heir as per the Law, hence, her capacity comes in question.
