1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Jinesh Kumudchandra Shah and Nehulkumar Kumudchandra Shah being sons of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Kumudchandra Hiralal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 06.07.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Vanlila Kumudchandra Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 04.08.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them both sons are petitioners herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
