1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Poonam Ramchand Jawhrani being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Chirag Harshadrai Bhayani died intestate at Mumbai on 18.06.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by mother, widow and one minor son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and mother of deceased has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein and petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor son. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.12.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 23.12.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
