TP/5138/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Mr. Kushaan Solanki, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sheela Omprakash Chaurasiya, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Omprakash Ramprasad Chaurasiya, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 27.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herien and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.12.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.11.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 27.01.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
