1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kinnari Amit Desai being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Manjulaben Anil Desai died intestate at Mumbai on 30.11.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Manish died leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by one daughter, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and the daughter-in-law and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
