TP/5175/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashok Keshav Khandekar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Keshav Vinayak Khandekar died intestate at Mumbai on 21.04.1999. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.09.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and both the sons and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Joint Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned to 08.12.2025.
