This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitesh Doongershi Shah being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Shanta Doongershi Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 15.07.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Doongershi Shah died intestate at Gujarat on 13.11.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were wife and husband. Details of parents of both deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs. Averment in Schedule I annexed to the petition as regards the joint ownership of securities, is not mentioned hence, the same is incomplete.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
