This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Baby Tabassum Sayyed being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Abdul Bashir Sayyed died intestate at Jalgaon on 09.08.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, one minor son and one minor daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and being mother and natural guardian of minor son and minor daughter has given consents on their behalf. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
