1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitin Narayan Wagh being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Narayan Madhusudan Wagh died intestate at Mumbai on 15.01.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Sulabha Narayan Wagh died intestate at Mumbai on 22.10.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
