The petitioner to take steps to justify the surety to Administration Bond, in respect of the share of non-consenting legatees, if any, under the Will of the deceased, vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for the steps. 2.

Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.
