This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hoshang Jehangir Unwalla being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jehangir Minocher Unwalla died intestate at Mumbai on 21.06.2025. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.11.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
