TP/5285/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Atish Mahade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mazher Nuruddin Laila being son of deceased. Deceased namely Rubab Nuruddin Laila died intestate at Mumbai on 15.02.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents, husband and parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Ashrafi died leaving behind two sons. Deceased was survived by two sons and two grandsons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
