This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Fareed Rafiq Zakaria being son of deceased. Deceased namely Rafiq Balumia Zakaria died intestate at Mumbai on 09.07.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
