1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Heena Paresh Kachhia being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Paresh Dashrathlal Kacchi died intestate at Dubai, UAE on 06.02.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow and two sons (out of them one son is minor). Out of them widow is petitioners herein and the major son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor son. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
