TP/5299/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Deepak Lad, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Darayass Pesi Jehangir and Rumi Pesi Jehangir being sons of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Pesi Jehangir died intestate at Mumbai on 20.04.1980. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Dolly Pesi Jehangir died intestate at Mumbai on 10.01.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 30.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of both the deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife and their parents of predeceased the deceased. Deceased were survived by two sons who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.11.2025 is filed. As both the surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
