1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Smita Vikas Badani being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Nirmalaben Nautamlal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 27.11.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 29.07.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and both the sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 21.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
