This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ranganathan Raghuveeran being widower of deceased. Deceased namely Vasantha Raghuveeran died intestate at Ireland on 23.06.1985. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 10.06.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that son of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs. As per exhibit "E" annexed to the petition, the said son died at the age of 14 years.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
