Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 16.02.2026 name of the petitioner is mentioned as RAGHOBA JANU MHATRE in stead of VIKAS RAGHOBA MHATRE and name of the deceased is mentioned as VIKAS RAGHOBA MHATRE instead of RAGHOBA JANU MHATRE and same may be corrected. 2.

Perused petition and order dated 16.02.2026, name of the petitioner is corrected and read as VIKAS RAGHOBA MHATRE and name of the deceased is also corrected and read as RAGHOBA JANU MHATRE.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 16.02.2026 will remain as it is. 4.
