This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajeshri Wamanrao Dhote being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Chandrajit Atmaram Ranavde died intestate at Alibag, Raigad on 30.05.2025. As per Exhibit A and B-1, the petitioner is widow of deceased. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.12.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
