Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in para no. 6 of the order dated 07.01.2026, it is mentioned that petition is filed under Hindu Succession Act, 1956. However, petitioner has filed the petition as per the provisions of Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, same may be corrected.

Perused petition and order dated 07.01.2026, in para no. 6, words Hindu Succession Act, 1956 are substituted by words "Indian Succession Act, 1925". 3.

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 07.01.2026 will remain as it is. 4.
