Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioners for issuance of Letters of Administration under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Gopalkrishna Dhirajlal Modi. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavits dated 28.02.2026 and 30.10.2025 of Vinaykumar Pravinchandra Adhvaryu, Kunal Vinay Adhvaryu and Saloni Jatin Thakkar, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to

M13.TP.5407.2025 the Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "That the Letters of Administration may be granted to the Petitioner having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra."

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
