Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

The petitioner to comply the requisition of issuance of notice to Collector, vide Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. 3.

The petitioner to file affidavit in respect of pasting of citation on the notice board of the Collector and Notice Board of the Hon'ble High Court, vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 (For short "BHC Rules"). 4.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form No. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.
