Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased George Joachim Lasrado. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.7 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavits dated 01.08.2025 of Denzil Boniface Lasrado, Kevin Jospeh Lasrado, Tina Edal Behram, Nisha Rani Maria Lasrado and Sybil Priya Lasrado, the legal heirs of the deceased are

M28.TP.5438.2025 appended to page Nos. 35, 39, 43, 47 and 51 of the Petition. 5.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The Petitioner, therefore, prays that the Letters of Administration with the said Will annexed may be granted to her, having effect throughout India, renouncing the rights of Tina Edal Behram, being the sole executrix."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
