TP/5448/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Uttam Rane i/b. Legal Vision, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Himesh Harish Dave and Amit Harish Dave both being sons of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Jyoti Harish Dave died intestate at Mumbai on 07.09.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Harish Jayantilal Dave died intestate at Mumbai on 30.08.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of relations of both the deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the both deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.11.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
