TP/5455/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Bhakti Patil i/b. Mr. Prabhu Velar, Advocate for petitioner. PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Siqueena Philips Dsouza, who is Daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Philips Agostin Dsouza, said to be died intestate at Rajapur, Ratnagiri on 07.04.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that widow of the deceased since deceased died on 31.01.2022. Deceased was survived by only one daughter, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.12.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioenr is sole surviving legal heirs hence, Administration Bond not required. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
