This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chhaganbhai Rajivbhai Patel being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Madhuben Chhaganbhai Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 11.06.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband and one son. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
