Perused Petition.

Petitioner, namely Mohammad Tariq Ali Mullah Khan, has filed the petition for grant of Letters of Administration of properties left by the deceased. However, the deceased No. 2 Mahamuda Khanam Wd/o Aleemullah Khan, had not immovable property standing in her name. Accordingly to the schedule-I of the petition, she has only debts along with the deceased No.1.

Hence, the petitioner to explain that how the letters of administration is maintainable in respect of the debts due to the deceased No. 2 vide Sec. 370 read with Sec. 212 and 213 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.

The petitioner to state about parents and grandparents of Mahamuda Khanam Aleemullah Khan (second since deceased widow of the deceased No.1).

The petitioner to state about the grandparents of the deceased No.2.
