Draft amendment appended to proceeding is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification considering the fact that inventory of locker has been taken in the presence of Branch Manager - Mr. Piyush Karvande, Central Bank of India on the document and letter head of the Bank itself, same is directed to be accepted and in that view of the matter draft amendment stands allowed.

The amendment is directed to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. 5.

The true copy of the certificate issued by Bank of the inventory is directed to be accepted by Department in view of objection raised in requisitions raised dated 21.11.2025 and 17.12.2025. 7.

Needless to state that all other compliances regarding filing of bond with respect to the non-consenting legal heirs justifying their surety shall be filed as directed in the order. 8.

Ms. Daviervala has verified that there is no cross Petition filed. Hence none of the objections which are stated in the aforesaid two requisitions survive and they stands dispensed with fully. 9.

Department to proceed with issuance of Grant in accordance with law and the Grant shall be issued to the Petitioners within a period of three weeks from today positively.
